Each member of the Cooper Strategic team brings years of strategic consulting experience, and collectively we have first-hand knowledge of a wide range of organizational settings, cultures, backgrounds, perspectives, and specialized expertise.

Our programs are tailored to each client. We are always willing to put up to two-thirds of our standard fees at risk, subject to hitting specific agreed-upon targets.
